01 - Consultation
We’ll begin with a call or a meeting to discuss your business direction, the purpose of your website, and your strategic goals. This ensures we design the site with intention and align it with your vision.
02 - Proposal
After our consultation, I’ll deliver a tailored proposal outlining how I plan to bring your ideas to life, including a detailed breakdown of the content needed and a quote for the project.
03 - Design
I will design your website, tailored to your brand and business goals. Every page will be created with user experience and functionality in mind.
04 - SEO
Your site will be optimized for SEO from the start. This includes copywriting, image compression, alt tags, and other essential SEO techniques to boost search engine performance.
05 - Google Set-Up
I’ll connect Google Analytics to your site so you can track visitors and monitor site performance. Additionally, I’ll set up and submit your site to Google Search Console to enhance its visibility and search rankings.
06 - Social Media
Finally, I’ll link your website to your social media accounts, ensuring your online presence is cohesive and interconnected across platforms.
How it Works
In my proposal, I will provide your design fee, this is the total investment for the design of your website ready for publishing (payment plans can be arranged on request). I will also provide my monthly hosting and support options.
Any work carried out on an existing website (i.e. not a new website design), will be priced by the hour.
Generally I schedule my projects with deadlines in mind so that my clients can plan their business confidently around my timeframes, which usually results in taking bookings several months in advance. Because of this, it is unlikely I will be able to take on a last minute project.... but it never hurts to ask!
As far as time and input goes, I will try to take up as little of your time as possible and cover off the most important things in our initial concept meetings (i.e. visions, goals, tone of the business, company ethos etc.). However, this is your website and I am always willing for clients to be involved in the project as much as they like, I understand this is always an exciting process!
When we decide to work together on a project, one of the first things I will ask for is your logos and existing photography on file which is relevant for your business profile. If you don't have any photography, I provide a service of photography co-ordination, where I will contract a local professional photographer to capture the imagery required for this project. If this isn't within budget, I will use stock images in their place.
For a moderate monthly fee, my clients receive reliable website hosting, regular site and plugin updates, along with 30–60 minutes of dedicated support time for non-structural updates or changes. You’ll always have full access to your site, but having a skilled professional ready to assist with urgent updates or routine tweaks offers peace of mind and keeps your site running smoothly.
This package is designed to give you confidence that your website needs will be met—no matter your technical experience or team capacity. If you’ve chosen my Free Design package, this monthly fee also goes toward a complete website redesign every 3 years at no additional cost to you, ensuring your site stays fresh, modern, and aligned with current trends.
